1. Who We Are

OutDo Growth Ltd (Co. No. 15078711), registered in England & Wales.

You = the person or business buying our services.

This Agreement = these Terms + your plan details (sent at onboarding or at plans.outdogrowth.com).

Start Date = your first payment or kickoff session, whichever comes first. This is Day 1 for everything.

2. How We Work

• We deliver the services in your plan as an independent contractor — not your employee.
• We work with reasonable skill and care. We can't guarantee specific results — marketing outcomes depend on many factors.
• Services are for your business only. No white-labelling or resale.
• This Agreement is the whole deal. Nothing said on calls or in messages applies unless it's written here.
• We may adjust scope or schedule with 30 days' notice (less if legally or operationally required).

3. Who Owns What

Work we create is yours once paid for. For recurring services, each billing cycle's deliverables transfer on that cycle's payment.

Platform access (e.g. GoHighLevel): you have access throughout. Full transfer only happens after all invoices are cleared and offboarding is complete.
