Client / you: The person or business receiving our services.
Services: Marketing, consulting, creative, or related work we provide.
Agreement: These Terms plus the plan details shared with you at onboarding time, or at https://plans.outdogrowth.com.
Start Date: The date of your first payment, or your kickoff/onboarding session, whichever happens first. This date counts as Day 1 for billing, cancellation notice, service delivery, and when this Agreement becomes binding.
What we do. We provide the marketing and consulting services described in your plan or proposal. We work as an independent contractor—not as your employee or agent.
Our commitment. We provide services with reasonable skill and care. Marketing outcomes vary based on many factors, so we can't guarantee specific results.
For your use only. Our services are for your business—not for white-labeling or reselling to your customers.
No reliance. You’re entering this Agreement based only on what’s written here and in your plan details—not on anything said in calls, emails, or messages.
Changes to deliverables. We may modify scope, nature, or schedule with 30 days' notice. When operationally necessary (tool changes, legal requirements, circumstances beyond our control), we'll give as much notice as reasonably possible.
The principle: Work we create for you becomes yours once you've paid for it. For one-off projects, that means full project payment. For recurring services, each cycle's new deliverables are yours once that cycle is paid.
Platform access. You have access rights to your sub-accounts inside the tools we own (like GoHighLevel or Webflow workspaces). Full ownership or transfer occurs only after all invoices are paid and proper off-boarding is completed.
Pricing. Shown in USD by default, or GBP/EUR for UK/EU clients. Prices may adjust for exchange rates. We can change pricing with 30 days' written notice; continued use means acceptance.
Tax. Added where legally required. UK clients: VAT applies once we're registered. EU clients: provide a valid VAT number for reverse charge, otherwise VAT applies. Clients in the rest of the world: federal/state/local sales tax may apply.
Billing cycle. Monthly, quarterly, or per-project as agreed. Recurring services auto-renew unless cancelled. Payment methods stored securely via Stripe.
